You will receive your MyDoc Concierge physician’s cell phone number for 24/7 access. Calls will be answered by your physician or a member of your healthcare team.

MyDoc Concierge members will enjoy the highest quality care and unhurried, extended appointment times. Our members will have their medical problems explained to them in language they understand and have their plan clearly outlined. By the end of each visit MyDoc Concierge members know when they will be returning and why and what needs to be completed in between their visit by them and by their physician.

Hospital Care
Your MyDoc Concierge physician will be your advocate. We will communicate with hospital physicians and staff in the event of a hospitalization to ensure you receive the care you deserve.
