MyDoc Concierge is a membership-based primary care practice committed to offering excellent, highly individualized medical care through an intimate, personal, convenient, unrushed, efficient and comfortable experience.

At MyDoc Concierge, potential members begin with a complimentary initial consultation to ask questions and ensure we are the best fit for their medical needs. They then pay an annual membership fee to join the practice.

Upon joining the practice, new members begin their relationship with MyDoc Concierge by completing a panel of labs that will include a blood draw and urine sample and a thorough physical exam (The Premier Annual Physical) to establish a baseline. Your personal MyDoc Concierge physician will take a detailed medical history to learn more about you, your body and your family history and discuss your health goals. They will collaborate with you to create a customized realistic plan to improve your health and help you achieve your wellness goals.
